At Link Nest Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of digital SEO services, refunds are handled according to the following policy.
Before Work Begins
Clients may request a full refund if the project has not yet started.
After Work Has Started
Once research, outreach, content creation, or link-building work has begun, refunds are no longer available because resources have already been allocated.
Completed Services
Completed SEO services, guest posts, niche edits, backlinks, audits, and consultations are non-refundable.
Failed Placement
If a promised backlink cannot be secured, we will either:
- Provide an equivalent replacement of equal or greater value, or
- Issue a partial refund for the unavailable placement.
Monthly SEO Campaigns
Monthly SEO retainers may be canceled before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for completed monthly work.
Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded promptly after verification.
